Touch Dynamic System allows different sections of the restaurant to communicate with each other without the need of verbal language. A network is connected between all the station, the main counter having the POS system and the other stations have printers which print out orders. Once an order is placed it is sent to the required station for make the order for the consumer.
Software
Aldelo for Restaurants Pro Edition stores all menu items as well as their respective prices. The software is easy to navigate with visual aids as well as categorized titles. The software also allows Avellino's to store customer data such as names, addresses and phone numbers. When used with the Touch Dynamic System, Avellino's current setup, the software allows for cash register use as well as processes credit card transaction. Aldelo also calculates different ratios, including inventory turnover. This software can also be used for employee payroll.

Network
Avellino's current network consists of a primary computer, the Touch Dynamic POS System, which is linked through a wired protocol, Ethernet cable, to several printers in different stations around the building. The Touch Dynamic System is also equipped with a WNIC, wireless network internet card which allows it to access the internet with a corresponding LAN device.
Inventory Control
Avellino’s currently receive most shipments from their suppliers on a weekly basis. However, on occasion inventory items do run out, at this point one of the employees will have to run to the nearest supermarket to replenish the stock. This stock out can call for a loss in sale, due to the inability to fulfill the order. This also underutilizes the employee, who is taken away from completing relevant business tasks.
Avellino's employees a diverse group of individuals that are essential to the business. This includes 2 cooks, 2 servers, 1 bartender, and 1 delivery person. These jobs are essential so that the restaurant can perform in a way that customers have grown accustomed too.

To get into the system, employees at Avellino’s must enter a 4-digit passcode that will allow them into the system. Each code has it’s own access level; where the manager and owner will have the highest access into the system.

They can either get remote access to the systems for a software problem or they will appear in person to fix a problem with the hardware.
